OUR STORY
Hi! We’re Jessica and Brad Tyler, founders of Flatlanders Pizzeria. We've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. After traveling to Italy and studying at the Diadema Cooking School, we discovered a passion for traditional gourmet wood fired pizza. We opened Flatlanders in 2019 in hopes to bring that passion home to Kansas.
Nearly three years later, after tons of research (and a worldwide pandemic) we're stronger and more excited than ever. Now a fully mobile operation, you can find us all over Northeast Kansas, pulling our beloved Pie Wagon to new places and hungry faces.
